Clean Housing For All

Clean Housing For All is a comprehensive housing, workforce development, and community revitalization initiative developed by the All Phase Foundation (APF). The initiative addresses the growing need for safe, affordable, healthy, and sustainable housing for low-income families, unhoused individuals, veterans, returning citizens, and underserved communities starting throughout Greater Cleveland.
